I traded a stock Z400 headlight for this IMS 4 gallon oversized tank. Not a bad deal in my book especially since they're $275 new. Now comes the decision, what to do with it? Ive always like the way the IMS tanks look on the Zs(Im one of the few apparently)...however Ive never once ran low on fuel.....even after riding ~2 days at Little Sahara. So it's not really necessary to have. I do(one day) intend to do a motor build with a BBK and carb swap which arent as fuel effiecent as the stock setup. I guess I'll put it on and ride with it a few times. If I like it I'll keep it, if not I'll just sell it. Anyway.....thats my killer deal of the day.

I got it partially mounted today to test fit to make sure my bars cleared it. Put some fuel in it and it was leaking bad around the petcock. Looks like the gasket is bad so I put some silicone on it and let it sit. Gonna test it out in the morning.

Got it all sealed up today, put it on and fully mounted it with plastics and all. I'll try to get some pics later but Im kinda leaning more towards selling it. Im going to keep it for a couple weeks and see if it grows on me. If not then I'll sell it off....to fund some HIDs of course
