Looking at taking a trip to West Virginia in November...either the first or second week. Planning on staying at the Historic Matewan Bed and breakfast, and riding several branches of the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System. (Buffalo Mt, Rockhouse, maybe Pinnacle Creek, etc.) Wanne be there for 5-6 days. Warrior~Kid, 02-Sportsman400, YOURADHERE, and Rincon-Newby have expressed interest in doing this in the past.

WHAT SAY YOU, FELLOW FORUM SCUM???

Too far out for me to say....The combination of school, work, and basically being a broke ass college student leaves my schedule pretty questionable. I'll definately keep it in mind though.

Just keep flipping chit on ebay, and start a fund....just in case.
In fact, make it easy. Sell your brother's Z.

I'm in the same boat as Yourad, minus the college thing. I'll see what I can do to get down there.

I'll be hunting from Oct. to the end of the year, every available moment I'll be sitting in a tree stand. November is during the rut so no I caint ride at that time. I could just about any other time though.

"Now" is the time to ride here, no dust and very few people on the trails.

Is was warm & sunny here yesterday, we rode 55 miles and saw a few people.

I would love to be a part of this. I would want to upgrade my tires to the 4 speed maxxis or the ITP holeshots. They would be the best tire selection for that type of trails. I could see this as being an opportunity to record for posterity the joys of trail riding with kindred souls. I thik it would be entertaining. It could be done like "Fishers World", but we'd call it "Chris's World".

Just mapped it on google. Its 1200 miles one way. I guess i would have to find driving buddies to go to. I dont think i could handle driving that non stop. One time I did drive from Rockford, IL to Houlton, ME without stopping. Had my GF with me who did nothing but sleep most of the time and my radio was broken. Had to be worst ride ever. I even got lost once and almost ended up in Detroit. Cost me a couple hours. If i remember right the total time was 25 hours. I have done the same trip in 21 hours with my brother. Whats the weather like in WV in November?
